The NSWFRA is pleased to announce that it will hold the 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Association at Auburn Soccer Sports Club, Northumberland Road, Auburn.

All members are invited to arrive for the meeting at 7:00pm for a 7:30 start. There will be some finger food and drinks at the conclusion of the meeting to welcome the new committee and thank the outgoing members.

Elections will be held for the positions of Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar and three floor members. Nominations for these positions need to be lodged with the Secretary seven days prior to the AGM.

Members can log on to the web site and download nomination forms from the library section to put forward condidates for the roles.

Anyone wishing to take on one of the assocation's appointed roles is encouraged to apply to the Executive Committee in writing before the AGM.

Only members who are financial or life members will be eligible to vote at the AGM.
