The Executive Committee has the pleasure to announce that a number of FNSW Affiliated Futsal Competitions will be commencing from Monday 25th October.

 

This is exciting news as we return to play for season 2021. Despite this positive news, we are sorry to announce that the Futsal Premier Leagues will not be going ahead in their traditional form. There is a smaller competition being formed that will be played at Dural with a number of Premier League Clubs participating.

Competitions that we know will commence are:
- Dural / The Centre (Paul Jones)
- Ryde YMCA (Paul Jones)
- Katoomba (Mark Hibberd)
- Hawkesbury (Mark Hibbard)
- Riverstone (Mark Hibbard)

New Competitions that have joined FNSW are:
- Marrickville PCYC Academy League - Under 8s to 13s on Sunday's from 8am to 5pm (Paul Jones)

Futsal Premier League replacement competition (Special Events)
- Saturday's at Dural Under 12's to Opens (Paul Jones)
 

Please note that these Competitions do have different requirements around COVID-19 and your appointments officer will advise you accordingly.


In order to Referee in any of these competitions you must:
1) Be Registered
2) Completed your LOTG Update Course
3) Completed & be approved with your Vaccination Compliance
4) Paid your Registration Fee

 

Announcement from Executive Committee on 2021 Registration Fees

The Executive Committee is proud to announce that ALL Registration Fees have been discounted to $50 for each member. The EC made this decision to encourge members to Return to Referee in order to maintain their qualifications, as well as get back on the pitch. The $50 Registration Fee covers the Football Australia & Football NSW Affiliation costs as well as provide a $6 contribution to NSWFRA. This implication on NSWFRA by doing this is we may run at a loss due to incurring costs to run the Association regardless of the size of the membership.

The EC believes it is more important to have members register and return to refereeing, while using our cash reserves to bear the operating costs of the Association. We trust that no matter how many games you may do, that you will register with NSWFRA for the season ahead, even as short as it may be.

If you have previously paid your Registration Fee and it was more than $50 the Treasurer will be in contact to organise a partial refund.

 

Payment of Registration Fees

Members are required to pay their registration fee of $50 prior to their first appointment or the 1st November whichever is comes first. Payment can be made credit card (plus the merchant fee) or by EFT to the NSWFRA bank account. Please contact the Treasurer if you prefer to pay by EFT.
